We are happy to provide our customers with a wide variety of shipping options, depending on how quickly you need your equipment. Orders received before 5PM local time are shipped the same day. For tracking information, please consult your shipment confirmation email, as it will contain your tracking number.

UPS Ground Shipping
Available for the lower 48 states only. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available with this shipping option.
Includes delivery confirmation and USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes as well as APO/FPO
Available for the lower 48 states only, with Saturday delivery available upon request. Transit times will vary depending on your location, but packages can be tracked online where arrival information may be found.
We ship everywhere in the United States online and by phone and to Canada by telephone only. For an additional fee, we are pleased to extend shipping options to our customers in both Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Equipment (regardless of quantity) shipments are a flat rate of $10.00
CDG shipments are a flat rate of $5.00
DVD’s, VCD’s are a flat rate of $10.00
While we are aware that other companies provide free shipping options over a certain amount, these companies generally mark products up to subsidize shipping costs. At Mega DJ and Karaoke, we believe in providing honest, fair pricing to our customers as well as incredibly competitive shipping costs.
We accept all major credit cards as well as money orders. If you are paying by money order, your order must be placed over the phone. Money orders can be addressed and mailed to Phong Le Co, 14037 Westheimer Road, Houston TX 77077. For your convenience, we also offer COD’s for money order payments. Call us for details.
Our Return Policy
Software & Hardware
Refunds are issued, less a 15% restocking charge within 14 days so long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. For defective software and hardware, exchanges are available for the same item and only within the first 30 days after purchase.
Customers are responsible for the costs associated with shipping returns, and you must call us at 1-800-535-4232 or email us at email@example.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization number. This number must be clearly printed on your package.
While not required, it is strongly recommended that you use a shipping option with tracking and select the appropriate amount of insurance. This will protect you in the event that the shipping carrier misplaces or damages your package.
