We ship using UPS and USPS. We usually ship within 2 days of receiving an order.

We always use a method of shipping with tracking.

If you received an item that is damaged or you have not received your item, please contact us at helen@shopmegakaraoke.com to report. We will do our best to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service to get you your product.
